Original Sonnet
Over there, over there there is a bird
I want, I really want to catch the thing
But my owner said a specific word
For me not to catch the small, very small thing.
Over there, over yonder there is a
Small, oh so small kitty who likes to eat
My food, so I have to, to kitty, say
She must, by my paw and claw, must be beat.
But she can not be beat until I catch
This bird over there in a tall tree
So now, the bird, by claws, must be snatch
For I could never ever let her be
So I am stalking over to pounce
So, I be like the tiger and bounce.
